I do therapy, ADHD and Autism Assessments, and gender-affirming letters. I also wrote a book and workbook, Rose Colored Glasses and the Healing from Toxic Relationship workbook, to help people heal from toxic relationships, emotional and narcissistic abuse, and domestic violence. In therapy I go at your pace, and use the therapy tools that work for you :)

I became a therapist because I’m a toxic relationship survivor who turned that experience into a book, workbook, and course on healing. Later, I learned I’m ADHD and chose to center my practice on making ADHD and Autism assessments accessible, affirming, and free of barriers and gatekeeping
