I became a therapist because I believe in the healing power of connection and wanted to create a safe, supportive space where people can feel seen, heard and understood.

My style is approachable and adaptable, allowing therapy to flow naturally based on what matters most to you. In my holistic mental health practice, I integrate traditional therapeutic techniques with a focus on nutrition, self-care, lifestyle etc. This allows clients to address mental health concerns while also building skills for long-term growth.
