We will work together to help you with the issues in your life that are the most problematic for you. I have helped people for over 40 years to better understand themselves.

I had the emotionally painful experience of growing up in a dysfunctional family myself, and I understand how that can harm a person's self-confidence, self-concept and take away a feeling of peace with oneself. My life's mission is to help others heal from the trauma that is caused by early negative life experiences in one's family.

As a psychotherapist for over forty years, my goal is to develop a trusting therapeutic relationship with you and help you heal your emotional wounds from the past that still interfere with you having the creative and fulfilling life that you want.
