I know what it feels like to go through life without the support, guidance, or emotional space that is needed. I became a therapist to help people, especially men, understand their story, process the things they’ve had to carry, and create a more grounded, meaningful internal world. No one should have to hold everything alone.

My work focuses on trauma, identity, relationships, shame, emotional numbness, and men’s mental health. I offer therapy that is calm, direct, and deeply meaningful. I don’t just help you cope, I help you understand yourself on a deeper level so you can create long-term change.
