Becoming a licensed professional counselor stemmed from my innate drive to support others, which I discovered in high school when peers often sought me out to discuss their challenges. This early experience ignited my passion for counseling and psychology, leading me to pursue higher education in the field.

I combine a strengths-based, person-centered approach with CBT, ACT, and EMDR. I’m dedicated to walking alongside you to help you discover deeper meaning and purpose. I bill insurance in-network in most cases, and operate via telehealth (virtually).
