Having grown up in psychotherapy with a therapist who practiced psychodynamic and psychoanalytic approaches, I bring deep personal insight, professional expertise, empathy, and a nuanced approach to my work.

It is extremely important to choose a therapist who aligns with what you are hoping to accomplish through therapy. I also believe it matters that your therapist has firsthand experience being in therapy themselves. My own years long, personal psychotherapy gives me a deep, lived understanding of the process, which meaningfully sets me apart from others.
