Therapy is rarely easy, but I’ll walk beside you with honesty and care. I offer a calm, respectful space with a structured, collaborative approach—supportive, clear, and appropriately challenging. We’ll move with compassion and purpose, without pressure. My work is trauma-informed and can include Christian faith integration when desired. You set the pace.

Availability
I offer appointments primarily on weekday evenings and Saturdays, by appointment only, based on availability. I strive to be accessible and responsive, but because I am often in sessions and balancing other professional responsibilities, I am not continuously available between sessions and may not be able to reply immediately. While I try to respond to messages promptly, please allow up to 24–48 hours on business days for a reply. Messages are intended for scheduling and brief care-coordination needs, not urgent concerns or emergencies. If you are experiencing an emergency or safety concern, call 911, go to the nearest emergency department, or call/text 988 (Suicide & Crisis Lifeline).
