I wanted to create a space where people feel seen, heard, and supported. It’s personal for me. I’m passionate about helping clients explore their stories, heal from past experiences, and rebuild a sense of purpose.

I work through a trauma-informed, culturally responsive lens supporting clients navigating trauma, identity shifts, and relational challenges. I create a safe, nonjudgmental space to explore experiences, deepen self awareness, connection, and build healthier patterns. I honor your stories and help you move toward the life you deserve.
